Explanation of the apartment rates:

In the off-season (season = June 1 - September 30; Christmas holidays; carnival holidays; Easter holidays), a general discount of 10% on the daily price according to the current price list applies.

What we offer:

• Guaranteed best price and optimal value for money for direct bookings.
• Our high-quality equipped vacation apartments, finished in 2023, feature a separate bedroom (some with their own children's room), covered balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. With an average size of over 40 square meters, families of 2 to 6 can comfortably stay here. Your car has a dry and cool place in our underground garage during the summer and a warm place in winter and your bikes are well stored in the bike cellar. In the historical town center of Prad, you are right in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and the bus stop are all within a few minutes' walk. Nevertheless, the location on Schmiedgasse offers the necessary tranquility you need for a relaxing vacation.
• Breakfast: If you don't want to miss out on a delicious, hearty, and regional breakfast, you can enjoy it for an additional charge of 14 euros per person (10 euros for children up to 10 years) in our adjacent guesthouse (also available on a daily basis). Alternatively, our baker brings fresh rolls and croissants daily; you can also take advantage of this service, and we will deliver them to your doorstep in the morning.
• Our house bar invites you from 14:00 to 22:00 for a delicious cappuccino or a nightcap after dinner.
• Early booking discount: Those who book at least 5 months before arrival will receive a price reduction.
• Loyalty Bonus: Those who visit us repeatedly within 3 years will receive a loyalty bonus of 10% on the accommodation and underground parking price. For online bookings through this website, the discount will be deducted afterwards if applicable. The discount cannot be considered for external online booking portals and/or payments with business credit cards. The loyalty bonus is only valid during peak seasons, as there is a general discount of 10% off the seasonal rate outside of the season.
• Environmental Bonus: Guests arriving by bicycle, public transport, or electric vehicle receive a 3% discount on the daily rate.
• Included Services: High-speed WiFi internet (100mb up & download), an international selection of daily newspapers and magazines can be downloaded daily for free in digital form via our media box to your device, free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol, free entry to the leisure pool in Prad (in the summer season), half-price entry to the indoor pool & sauna at Sportwell Mals (valid for stays of 3 nights or more from October to May), secure bicycle/ski storage, laundry room with washing machine & dryer (€6 per wash including detergent), additional discounts at various establishments.
• Children's Rates: Children up to 3 years old are free, for children from 3 to 10 years the surcharge is 14 euros per night, for children and young adults between 10 and 18 years the surcharge is 19 euros per night, and for adults the surcharge is 25 euros per night.
• Free children's program from Monday to Friday (in July and August)
• Service: For stays of more than a week, we change towels and bed linen after 7 nights. If an additional change of laundry is requested in between, we are happy to do so for a surcharge of 10 euros.
